Everyone can financially help each other and feel equally or less impacted

We are aware that, when government ask for donation to deal with any kinds of major crisis like Covid-19, normally few people come in front, that really appreciated, and we would like to thank for all those people by open heart.

There are many ways and efforts government and other folks are keep doing to help each other but at the end, financially, some people are affected more, and some are less. To keep everyone non or equal financially impacted. we can think of not making profit at this time and only make sure everyone gets what they used to.

This is again my personal thought may not 100% correct but can give hint to think in this side. Below, I have divided 4 sets of people as an example

Set of people financially impacted by 0%  - Class A

These set of people can help to Class B by 5% and Class C by 10%.

At the end Class-A will be impacted by 15% financially

Set of people financially impacted by 20%  - Class B

These set of people can help Class C people by 5%

At the end Class-B will be impacted by 15% financially

Set of people financially impacted by 50%  - Class C

These set of people can help Class D people by 5%

And they get help from Govt. by 30% and from Class-A by 10%

At the end Class-C set of people will be impacted by 15% financially.

Set of people financially effected by 100%  - Class D

These set of people should get help from everyone like Class-B, Class-C, Govt. and other parties such as Big Trust, NGOs, Temple and big shot organizations and Organization not impacted or in profit. 

At the end Class-D set of people will be impacted by 20% financially.

In this example, if government and other parties equally concentrate to help only Class C and Class D people, then with united effort all will feel equally and less impacted.

Most important to make this flow completely automated by using direct deposit/withdraw, or some other legal methods etc. to avoid corruptions or manual intervention.

To implement this kinds of model is very difficult but it can be done with great commitment, sacrifice and with everyone agreement only. Think about it...

Another 2 cents, thinking toward moving on during Covid-19

Can offices and other business can start working in shift?

Lets say, in a office/workplace 100 people at a time used to work 5 days a week. we can change temporary during this difficult time.
25-30 people work at a time, so in this way everyone will go to office max 2 days a week or 1 week in a month based on what best work for organization/team. This way social distancing can be maintained and also will help to give little boost's up to other business as well.

Couple of things must followed

• Social distancing at work place
• Eat food in your cube, no gathering
• Shut down centralized AC, use table fan instead
• Daily checkup at entrance for everyone who is entering into the building
• Follow regular WHO guidelines in work place i.e mask, globes, sanitizer
• If someone not feeling well can change shift and quarantine for next 2 weeks

Above is just an example but I am sure with accepting healthy & tight discipline life style will help to flow the economy and also help to fight against Covid-19.
Again this is just my personal thought, may not perfect idea.

Where ever possible, why can't work like this to fight Covid-19

This is just my personal thought. Where ever possible why can't we follow full body umbrella approach and start working to keep flowing our economy. We can try hand free version i.e clip on head etc. Also must follow healthcare guidelines like washing hand, social distancing, sanitizer etc. I know, this is not perfect solution but not worth to think in this line...

No need to say the anything about the current situation, everyone well aware about it, everyone has to come together and think about options to move on.
